Forbes has unveiled its billionaire list. Taylor Swift is on the list as well as Rihanna. She is at number nine on the list thanks to her Savage X Fenty and Fenty Beauty lines. Jay-Z secured the number five position with a reported $2.5 billion net worth. He is widely regarded as hip-hop’s first billionaire. Tyler Perry, who has a net worth of $1.4 billion in the number eight spot, and Oprah Winfrey, who currently has roughly a net worth of $2.8 billion also made the list. As for athletes, LeBron James, Michael Jordan, and Tiger Woods are also confirmed to be the world’s richest, with $1.2, $3.2, and $1.3 billion.

G. Dep a former Bad Boy Records rapper has been released after spending more than ten years in prison. The rapper whose real name Trevell Coleman, was granted parole. In 2010, G. Dep entered New York’s 25th Precinct to confess to a crime dating back to 1993. He admitted to a robbery attempt that resulted in the shooting death of a man. His confession led to his conviction for second-degree murder. During his incarceration, he earned an associate degree in liberal arts and now plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business.

Chris Brown ignoring a court case was a win for his former backup dancer. She was awarded nearly $15,000 for an injury. Danielle Griffin filed a lawsuit against Brown in 2019 due to the eye injuries while on the set of a music video. During the production of the video, fake blood was poured over her face without her eyes being protected. Although she was assured the fake blood wouldn’t cause any issues, her lawsuit claimed she soon had green pus oozing from her swollen red eyes.
