Dave Chappelle says that while he’s a fan of the Key & Peele sketch comedy show, his feeling was hurt when he saw they were basically doing the format that he created but at the end of the show, it says – created by Key & Peele.
Chappelle says he fought very hard to get certain skits/ideas on his show that the Comedy Central network would resist…( Like the black white supremacist sketch and so on)…. So he’s saying he opened the door for that type of comedy… he created that platform so he wants his credit.
