The singer made a grand entrance in all red for the red carpet, a look that is not necessarily easy to pull off successfully. However, this dress with its voluminous architecture and movement creates head-turning style. The black underneath the dress and the layer of tulle add dimension and intrigue to the garment.

Tamar wore her hair in four slightly messy cornrows and kept a simple diamond necklace. I applaud her for straying from a typical wavy hair style, but she should have chosen extensions vs this questionable wig. It brought down the chicness of her ensemble.
