Made the resolution to get fit in 2014? The countdown is on to your fittest, healthiest year ever!

Over the next three months, HelloBeautiful’s Get Right Get Tight fitness challenge will jumpstart your new year, and get you feeling (and looking) amazing by spring. No quick gimmicks here, we’re getting fit the healthy way. It’s a lifestyle change! Kicking off Monday, 1/6, log on HelloBeautiful for your move of the day, and a cardio workout that will get your metabolism high.

Worried about not having time to work out? We’re bringing the gym to your office! The first month of the plan is the “Workout in the Workplace” series. No weights or equipment? You don’t need it! The exercises focuses on using our body weight for resistance, and the ocassional heavy purse for some weight lifting.


Fitness trainer and owner of the RAD Experience Robbie Ann Darby is your very own personal trainer, and will be there every step of the way to keep you motivated and supported. Robbie is HelloBeautiful’s trusted fitness writer, and keep you in the know on the best classes (from dancehall classes to bootcamp) and fitness fashion. She’ll even bust all those gym myths you’ve been wondering about. We’ll also share healthy recipes that are easy and full of flavor. Toast to your best you!
