(Caroline County, VA) — A tour bus driver faces charges after a crash killed four people on Interstate 95 in Virginia . Police say 37-year-old Kin Cheung was driving the Sky Express bus from Greensboro, North Carolina to New York City early yesterday morning when he ran off the road and flipped over in Caroline Couny.
Four women were killed, and dozens more were hurt. Cheung is charged with reckless driving. Police say driver fatigue was a factor, but the NTSB is conducting a full investigation.
