Medical Records Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commonwealth Orthopaedics is recruiting a full time medical records clerk for its Reston, Virginia physicians office.
Duties include but are not limited to maintaining patient chart filing system including filing patient charts and records, pulling charts for patient visits and making sure charts are complete and accurate, and assembling charts for new patients. As an employee at Commonwealth Orthopaedics you are eligible for health, dental, life and disability insurance at the time of hire.
