TIDAL basically trolled all of us into thinking that Jay Z could possibly be releasing a new album. They released an ad with “4:44” and then pretty much made us wait.

The project follows a 17-year-old Black boy named Jacobi Nelson as he travels throughout his day, ultimately leading to a shattering with the police.
