Adventist Health care is looking for a Certified Nurses Assistant
Responsibilities
1. Provides supervision of aides to ensure quality of care provided.
2. Ensures that aides are following the POC as written by the RN.
3. Ensures the continued positive reputation of AHA in the community.
4. Ensures customer satisfaction. Communication and reporting.
5. Participates in training activities to enhance the knowledge base of CNA’s providing care.
