Southern Maryland Hospital Center is looking for a responsible person to join the Dietary Department.
Summary:This position ensures that food is cooked and recorded to proper temperatures according to State and Hazard analysis Critical Control Points regulations. Prepares food according to receipes and follows standard cooking methods to produce a consistent product. Utilizes proper handling techniques to ensure cost control is enforced and to effectively reduce waste.
Requirements:
* HIgh School or GED
* 2 years of cooking in a healthcare environment preferred
