Property Manager, Live-On Optional, Washington Square/Emory Grove Apts.- Gaithersburg, MD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the day to day site management and liaison between HOC and residents. Duties include supervision of office, maintenance and custodial staff in completion of all interior and exterior maintenance needs. Will conduct routine building and unit inspections, monitor contractors, and maintain work order and inventory control systems. Provide weekly and monthly reports as required. Also responsible for maintaining full occupancy of units which includes marketing and unit turnover. This person will enforce lease agreements and prepare cases for lease termination.
Min. Starting Salary: $47,602. EOE
