Russell Simmons is starting his own #hashtag now allegations of sexual assault have mounted up against him. On Wednesday Simmons took a polygraph test with hopes the results will prove he has never sexually assaulted his accuser Keri Claussen Khalighi.
Simmons says the #NotMe hashtag is not meant to overshadow the #MeToo movement, but a way for him to express his innocence of criminal acts. TMZ caught up with Simmons’ lawyers and here’s what they had to say about the test results:
