TMZ reports that Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox is being sued by Joshua Jeffords of North Carolina, who claims Cox seduced his wife which led to the demise of their marriage.
Jeffords is suing Cox for causing “alienation of affection” which you can sue for in N.C. He claims Cox sent his wife a photo of his penis on Shapchat and text messages confirming the two had sex while she was on a work trip to Pennsylvania back in April.

The price-tag of the lawsuit is more than $25,000. Jeffords blames Cox for his marriage falling apart.
