In a new report published by Boston University and the VA Boston Healthcare System, 99% of NFL players have brain disease.

It’s called chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and for years the link between NFL players and this brain disease has proven to be increasingly factual.

In a study of 111 brains of NFL players, 110 had CTE which is caused by repeated blows to the head.

The most common cause of death for these players is suicide and nearly half who died with advanced stages of CTE developed symptoms similar to Parkinson’s disease or dementia.
