Tara and Mike have been dating for 5 months. He invited Tara to his family’s annual 4th of July cookout and after they arrived, Mike’s ex-girlfriend Renee showed up as his sister’s guest. Renee acted a fool calling Tara names and they almost got in a fight. Mike told Renee to leave but Tara got mad and demanded Mike take her home.
Mike sister eventually took Renee home and Mike told Tara she should stand her ground. Tara thinks Mike should have taken her home because she felt uncomfortable, so she called a ride and left. Mike has been calling Tara but she doesn’t think he’s the one after last weekend. Is Tara overreacting or is Mike wrong for not leaving his family’s cookout with her?
