Dance Moms star, plead guilty yesterday to 20 counts of fraud and a new charge of violating currency reporting laws. WHAT!!! Abby’s is facing almost 2 to 2 1/2 years in jail after her indictment, but won’t be sentenced until October 11.
Now she was originally facing a possible $5 million fine and five years in jail on the initial charges, but Abby struck a deal with the prosecutors. She plead guilty to one count of concealing bankruptcy assets and one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction. And she supposedly had her friends and employees sneak more than $120,000 into U.S. from Australia in their luggage in Ziploc bags. Gangsta right?
