The Walking Dead

Here’s some good news.

Viewers will get an extra 30 minutes of The Walking Dead during its season finale, according to Entertainment Weekly. The site reports:

Much like last year’s finale, this year’s season ender, airing April 3 on AMC, will now be 90 minutes long instead of the standard 60. That could allow more time for the introduction of Negan — the most notorious villain from The Walking Dead comic book who will be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Shailene Woodley,

The fourth and last movie in the Divergent series will see a much lighter budget, reports sources who say the movies have been a “disappointment for Lionsgate.”

From The Hollywood Reporter:

“The budget for the next one will be reduced [compared to the previous film],” a well-placed production source tells The Hollywood Reporter. “They haven’t said by how much,” the source adds, but it is expected several millions of dollars will be trimmed at the very least.

Sources estimate Allegiant’s budget at $110 million. The upcoming picture is still being written and no final budget has yet been determined.

Divergent: Ascendant will start shooting this summer.

The Lego Batman Movie is going to be awesome.

New photos from the upcoming film have been released and we finally get a peek at the Batcave. Due in theaters February 10th, 2017, we can also look forward to seeing the official trailer this Wednesday.

From EW:

“The Batcave is even better than we remembered it, it’s awesome” Will Arnett, who voices Batman in the film, told USA Today. “But I also love getting into the ho-hum day-to-day of being Batman and what it’s like to fight crime each day. Like the idea of Batman oversleeping his alarm clock makes me laugh. It really does humanize him.”

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice actor Jesse Eisenberg stopped by Global Grind to talk about his new movie and the chat was hilarious, to say the least.

When asked who he thinks Young Metro trusts more, Batman or Superman, Jesse – who plays Lex Luthor in the film – said he can’t speak for Metro, but ultimately sided with Batman. Check out the funny clip above.
