Tom Brady can’t lose. Be it in the AFC Championship Game with under-inflated footballs, the Super Bowl, or the supermodel wife, he just keeps winning.
Earlier today, Federal Judge Richard M. Berman kept Brady’s winning streak going by nullifying the 4 game suspension that NFL Commissioner Roger Goddell had placed on Brady for his alleged role in having New England Patriot footballs under inflated in this past January’s AFC Championship Game.
The judge said that Goddell’s handling of Brady’s case was “fundamentally unfair” in voiding the suspension, and Brady is now free to start the Patriots season opener September 10th vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers.
