Chef Roble is a celebrity chef who also owns a high end catering company – Chef Roble & Company.
This holiday season, he’s partnered with Wal-Mart on three holiday meals that are a healthier update on classic holiday recipes.
“We went to Wal-Mart and found everything we needed. It’s a one-stop shop for us. We found three recipes – herbed brushed potatoes with sour cream and chives. We wanted to do a new spin on a holiday classic. Whenever my family made potatoes, we did mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, which we all love, they’re classics. But we have to watch the way that we eat if we want to live long, happy lives. We remixed potatoes and we made it more healthy.”

Chef Roble says that after years on Bravo with Chef Roble and Co. he’s heading to daytime television but can’t say yet exactly where that will be. He also has a fragrance, Clique by Roble, currently being sold on ShopNBC.
