The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige, chats with Michel Wright about her new album London Sessions, which, as the title suggests, was recorded over a month in London with some of Europe’s biggest producers.
In the interview below, she discusses not having this much freedom and support on a record since What’s The 411?—which came out in 1992— relating to the emotions listeners get from her music due to her own experiences, and feeling good about herself and her space. Take a look.
