On Saturday, I had the honor of hosting the 22nd Annual Capitol Heights Day. It was a day of community fellowship filled with live performances, health screenings, food, and children’s activities. Mayor Kito James and his staff did an excellent job making the day a great one for Capitol Heights. All of the performing acts were fantatstic but Sudden M Pac, Suttle Thoughts and Reesa Renee shut the place down! Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker stopped by and shared an encouraging message with the citizens of Capitol Heights. Shout out to DJ Flava for being the life of the party. Flava does the best Wobble and Harlem Shake I’ve ever seen. What a beautiful day! Thanks for having me Mayor James and the City of Capitol Heights.
