Will and Jaden Smith star together again as father and son in the new M. Night Shamalyan film “After Earth,” opening on Friday. The movie, set in a futuristic world, has Jaden’s character trying to save his ailing father. The first time the two worked together in “The Pursuit of Happyness,” the film made $100 million. Although Will didn’t star in the remake of “The Karate Kid,” he did produce his son to another $100 million dollar movie. Sounds like Jaden is a chip off the old block. The other big film this weekend, “Now You See Me,” stars Morgan Freeman and Common as thieves with a unique heist style. Here’s what else is happening this weekend.
