The Team Lead is responsible for the overall scheduling process, ensuring that patient experience on the call is superb. The successful candidate will monitor daily operations at the Call Center meeting the operational and quality standards established by Nighttime Pediatrics & Adult Care too. Objectives include assisting the Call Center Manager to ensure the Call Center operates efficiently and create an atmosphere focused on delivering high quality customer service and maintaining patient satisfaction.


Minimum 1 – year call center experience required

Previous lead experience in call center

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of the Nighttime Care Center

Communication skills: excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read and ensure accuracy of paperwork; ability to respond effectively to all inquiries; ability to write using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; ability to present information; bilingual skills preferred

Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately

Computer Skills: ability to use word processing and database software, e-mail and Internet

Works under direct supervision
