(Fairfax County, VA) — Someone is cutting young women at local shopping malls and police have released surveillance images of the suspect. Lucy Caldwell with Fairfax County Police says the latest incident happened Monday night, when an 18-year-old was slashed in a clothing store at Fair Oaks Mall. Similar incidents have happened to at least four other women in shopping centers over the past several months. All suffered small cuts to their rear ends.
