(Manassas, VA)  —  Federal authorities have arrested more than 100 fugitive immigrants in Northern Virginia.  The three-day roundup netted 130 arrests, according to the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.  ICE Director John Morton says some of those arrested are accused of serious crimes like rape and child sex offenses.         

Morton adds that some of those suspects have been deported before.  The arrests were made in Alexandria, as well as Arlington, Prince William, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, among other places.
