SPECIFIC RULES FOR
$102 A DAY with Vic Jagger & Huggy Lowdown
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
Station: WMMJ-FM, which is owned and operated by Urban One, Inc. d/b/a Radio One Washington, DC
Promotion: $102 A DAY with Vic Jagger & Huggy Lowdown
Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from February 12, 2024, and ends on March 8, 2024, excluding weekends, holidays, and certain weekdays, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion.
Limitation on
Participation:
Participants must be twenty-one (21) or older to participate in this Promotion. Anyone who has previously won a prize in another promotion of any kind from the any one of the following radio stations cannot win this Promotion until at least thirty (30) days after their previous win: WKYS, WMMJ, WPRS, WDCJ, WOL or WYCB.
Entry Method: The only way to submit an Entry for this Promotion is by calling the Station per the instructions given out on the air. At approximately 7:00 AM ET on each day of the Promotion Period, the Station will announce on-air that the tenth (10th) caller to contact the Station at 202-432-1023 will win the Promotion for that day.
Number of Entries Participants may call the Station as many times as they would like in an effort to become a Qualifying Winner. Participants may only become a Qualifying Winner (as defined below) once during the Promotion Period.
Entry Period: On each day of the Promotion Period, Entries must be made by calling the Station between the time the on-air solicitation is made until the tenth (10th) caller is selected.
Number of Qualifying
Winners: There will be one (1) Qualifying Winner for each day of the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Winner
Selection: The Qualifying Winner will be the designated caller after the on-air solicitation.
Qualifying Prize
(ARV): $100 (ARV = $100.00). All Qualifying Prize Winners will be entered into a random drawing to win the Grand Prize (as described below).
Grand Prize
Winner Selection: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all of the Qualifying Winners at approximately 8:00 AM on March 8, 2024.
Grand Prize: · $500 (ARV = $500.00) in cash or check (“Monetary Prize”) · One (1) Double occupancy, interior room on the Tom Joyner Foundation Fantastic Voyage 2024 Cruise, on Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas, leaving from Miami, Florida, on April 27, 2024, through May 4, 2024, with ports of call in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic (ARV = $3,000.00) (“Cruise”)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts to participate in the Promotion.
The Grand Prize DOES NOT INCLUDE any of the following, all of which are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and the guest of the Grand Prize Winner: (i) air travel to or from Miami for the Cruise, (ii) any ground transportation, meals, hotels stays, or other expenses that may be necessary in order for the Grand Prize Winner or any guest of the Grand Prize Winner (“Guest”) to use the Grand Prize, and (iii) any applicable taxes or fees that may be associated with the Cruise.
In order to receive the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner must provide the following information (collectively, the “Grand Prize Winner Information”): (i) valid identification such as a state-issued driver’s license, passport or other government-issued I.D. containing the person’s name, date of birth, address, and photograph, (ii) a phone number and email address, and (iii) a completed W9 form with Social Security Number In order for the Grand Prize Winner Information to be acceptable, the information contained in the various elements of Grand Prize Winner Information must match the personal identifying information previously given by the Participant to the Station. If the Grand Prize Winner is unwilling or unable to provide acceptable Grand Prize Winner Information or any elements thereof, the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the Grand Prize. In such instance, the Station shall not be responsible for furnishing another prize.
Grand Prize Winner and must comply with the following (collectively, the “Boarding Requirements”): (i) all of the boarding requirements of Royal Caribbean, which can be found https://www.royalcaribbean.com/plan-a-cruise/travel-documents (ii) complete a Fantastic Voyage 2024 Reservation Agreement (“Boarding Requirements”) (iii) must have a valid passport that does not expire before November 15, 2024, and (iv) complete or furnish health or other documents, or other identifying documents or information, as may requested by the Cruise in its sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to ensure that they have satisfied all Boarding Requirements.
If the Grand Prize Winner or Guest of the Grand Prize Winner are unwilling or unable to meet the Boarding Requirement or any elements thereof, one or both of them may be denied entry onto the Cruise. In such instance, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Station shall not responsible
for furnishing another prize. No allowance or recompense will be made for the inability of the Grand Prize Winner or Guest to travel to or board the Cruise.
The Winner may transfer the Grand Prize to another person pursuant to the Reservation Agreement guidelines for the Cruise; however, the ARV will still be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner for tax reporting purposes.
For the purposes of the Official Rules, the term “Cruise” shall also be referred to as the “Event” and the “Venue.”
For the purposes of the Official Rules, the terms “Qualifying Prize Provider” and “Grand Prize Provider” shall collectively and individually be referred to as the “Prize Provider.”
For the purposes of the Official Rules, the terms “Qualifying Prize”, “Monetary Prize”, and “Grand Prize” shall collectively and individually be referred to as the “Prize.”
For the purposes of the Official Rules, the terms “Qualifying Winner” and “Grand Prize Winner” shall collectively and individually be referred to as the “Winner.”
