We seek an experienced Medical Receptionist for a very successful practice. This is a mid-size, very busy practice in NW DC. The hours are 8:30-4:30, Monday through Friday.
One must have at least two years of medical reception experience and must come from a practice that used computerized appt scheduling. This is a boutique, VIP practice. We do not accept insurance.
Duties include:
* Scheduling appointments
* Scheduling diagnostic procedures.
* Check patient in and out
* Call patients
* Etc.
One must be excellent at multitasking and remain calm under pressure. Also, one must be very friendly and personable. One must have excellent job tenure, no job hoppers. We offer phenomenal benefits including health insurance, paid vacation/sick leave, paid holidays, metro allowance and more.
