Netflix called a quits on Spike Lee’s She Gotta Have It, after only two seasons. The second season was released just two months ago. The series was about a young black woman in her late-20s trying to figure out her purpose in life, and finding time for friends, job, and all three of her lovers. The series starred actress DeWanda Wise, she plays Nola Darling from Brooklyn, New York. Reportedly, Spike is seeking to  other outlets to sell the series. The series aired in November 2017, with 10 episodes in the first season and nine episodes in the second season. Lee does still have a movie production with Netflix, Da 5 Bloods, a war drama film being released in 2020.
