1. Start to take notice of your environment. Studies have shown that most people live without noticing their environment. What shirt did you colleague wear today? What was on his/her table? What is second sign that you passed by on the way to work? Your brain has become so good at blocking out useless information, you’re practically blind to these minor details that keep your brain active – and this fit.
2. Sedentary lifestyle will not only hurt your health in general, it will also degenerate your brain. Exercises have a direct positive impact on your brain because it increase blood flow and regulates some of the most chemicals it releases.
3. If you find yourself having difficulty learning new skills, that’s probably because it’s been a long time since you last learned something new. By constantly learning something new, you’re essentially training your brain to “learn how to learn”. Thus the more you learn, the faster you’ll master new skills.
