Kelly is being sued by a property management company for damages to two Georgia homes that he was renting. You remember last year one of the homes was robbed and ransacked. Well, R. Kelly was pretty much evicted and when the Property management company inspected the homes, they found“extensive damage”that was “beyond normal wear and tear.” According to court documents, R. Kelly agreed to pay $170,000 for the damages, but hasn’t paid up yet so they are demanding to be paid in full.
