David Otunga is now the primary custodial parent of 8-year-old David Jr. after a brief custody battle with award-winning singer Jennifer Hudson. Jennifer and David split earlier this month following a 10-year engagement. “They have been in the process of ending their relationship for a number of months,” said Jennifer’s rep in a statement on Nov. 16.
According to reports, the two have reached a custody agreement after Jennifer voluntarily dropped the order of protection.
