It’s been reported that Usher’s insurance company that provides coverage for legal defense no longer wants to do business with the R&B/Pop superstar singer.
In court documents filed in L.A. Superior Cout, The New York Marine and General Insurance Company claims they are not responsible for Usher’s defense in the STD lawsuits or any lawsuits behind his negligence to disclose his status.
The company states in the legal document that it “does not provide coverage for an ‘insured’ who has an intentionally concealed or misrepresented any material fact or circumstance.”
The insurance company is also seeking to be reimbursed for the Georgia lawsuit.
