Fox News host Bill O’Reilly announced yesterday that he’s taking a vacation from his show, but insiders are buzzing that it could be a suspension in disguise. With recent headlines in the New York Times confirming that Fox shelled out $13 million to cover sexual harassment claims and advertisers pulling out of the program left and right, one can’t help but wonder if this vacation is more like a long road-trip to the unemployment line.
It’s reported that four network sources claim that O’Reilly’s show could be a wrap. There’s currently an open investigation on another claim of sexual harassment by a guest of the O’Reilly show Wendy Walsh, who reported her claims on Fox’s anonymous hotline. Things aren’t looking too good for Billy and clearly if this were any other “news host” they would’ve been gone a long time ago.
