Anita married the father of her oldest son at age 18. They separated after a short time and divorced. Anita went on to have two boys with another man. She says their father didn’t ask to marry her so she thought it was best all of her kids had the same last name.
The now adult sons are upset about having a last name they have no ties to. Anita says she’ll never change her name so they should be content with how things are. How do you suggest Anita and her 2 sons find a solution on their family name issue?
