Khloe Kardashian may have gotten herself into hot water over some fireworks.

According to reports, Khloe may be sued as a result of the 15 minutes of pyrotechnics that her family and friends blasted off in Marina Del Rey, California in celebration of her boyfriend James Harden’s 26th birthday.

Now, twelve Marina Del Rey residents are going to sue Khloe and Kris Jenner in small claims court. They will seek the maximum allowed $7,500 per person in small claims, arguing how they and their children were terrified and suffered emotional distress thanks to the fireworks.

No word from the Kardashian/Jenner camp.

Will Smith is back at it with another notable film, and the trailer has been released just in time for the NFL season.

Concussion is the story of Bennet Omalu, the doctor responsible for the discovery of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). He found a condition caused by repeated blows to the head that has drastically impaired the lives of many current and former NFL players.

The film hits theaters on Christmas Day.

Johnny Depp stars as notorious mobster Whitey Bulger in the drama Black Mass.

The Scott Cooper directed film takes place in 1970s South Boston, and follows FBI Agent John Connolly, who persuades Irish mobster James “Whitey” Bulger  o collaborate with the FBI and eliminate a common enemy: the Italian mob. The drama tells the story of this unholy alliance, which spiraled out of control, allowing Whitey to evade law enforcement, consolidate power, and become one of the most ruthless and powerful gangsters in Boston history.

Black Mass hits theaters on September 18th.
