Qualifications
Must have a current MD Registered Nurse license; Must be able to read, speak, write, and understant the English language; Must have at least 2 yrs. experience in Long Term Care.
Responsibilities
Provides a safe and secure environment of the residents; Demonstrates competency of skills within the nursing practice; Communicates with nursing staff, physicians, ancillary staff and resident families regarding resident status; Provides accurate medical record documentation; Provides guidance and direction to the nursing team to promote quality resident care; Assess patient health and problems, develop and implement nursing care plans.
