(Washington, DC) — A single father of eight in Washington, DC is getting some much needed help from a hip-hop superstar. Rapper Nas says he is chipping in to help find a home for Stanley Young, who lost his home recently in a fire. Young’s wife also recently passed away, leaving him to raise the family’s eight kids. Nas became aware of Young’s plight after seeing the story on WJLA-TV. He’s already raised more than nine-thousand dollars and has created a fundraising page on Crowdtilt.com.
