Half of En Vogue?
EnVogue have been added to the celebrity versus celebrity lawsuit list. The famous girl group decided to part ways and that is where the money woes began.
Terry Ellis and Cindy Herron sued Maxine Jones and Dawn Lewis, for using the name “En Vogue”. Ellis and Herron legally took over the group’s bank account, which is in their name, and own the LLC. The issue came to light back in August last year when Jones took to twitter to vent about the situation.
However, a judge agreed that the name legally belonged to Ellis and Herron and that the other two women could no longer use the name in any way. Their suit against Jones and Lewis for $1 million was denied according to TMZ.
