Filming for season 5 of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” has begun, but NeNe Leakes said she hasn’t met the alleged new addition, Kenya Moore.
“I don’t know where all those rumors came from. I haven’t seen her,” NeNe told Wendy Williams, asserting that she doesn’t even know the beauty queen.
The ‘very rich’ reality star added that she’s not even sure if friend Marlo Hampton will be a part of the new season. Strange, being that the two appeared to be so close in season 4.
Regardless of everyone else’s plans, NeNe assured that she would be there in full force for season 5, despite her new acting job on new NBC series, “The New Normal.”
Williams suggested she’s about outgrown the reality show and maybe it’s time to move on.
“The ‘Housewives’ platform has been a great platform for me,” she said. “I love the people at Bravo and I have to tell you this, I’m very loyal. So, I’m back to give it to Bravo one more time,” said NeNe, suggesting that maybe season 5 will be her last.
If she does leave, one would have to ask if the show would survive without her personality.
