(Undated) — President Obama’s top campaign strategist David Axelrod tells CNN’s “State of the Union” that California Congresswoman Maxine Waters is wrong in saying the President is ignoring African Americans.
Congresswoman Waters says President Obama’s Midwest jobs tour last week ignored urban communities with high unemployment. Axelrod says the President’s policies benefit the African- American community and “all communities.”
