Join one of the metro areas leading property management firms as a Leasing/Marketing Consultant.
As a Leasing/Marketing Consultant, you will be able to do so along with being responsible for the professional leasing of rental apartments to maximize income potential and achieve property occupancy.
In addition, you will also ensure that the leasing sales process is followed correctly and that resident satisfaction is maintained as a priority.
You may also complete marketing reports, applications and leases as needed, and provide recommendations to management regarding apartment pricing.
