Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
High school graduate
Some college preferred
One year experience working with SED adolescents in treatment or juvenile setting, residential preferred
Able to multi task
Able to stay calm under pressure
Able to be flexible
Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities General Summary:
Ensures that residents experience a safe and therapeutic living environment. Works with residents to enhance activities of daily living and to appropriately engage in social activities.
