Accountants International is looking for an energetic and technically proficient Payroll Accountant with ADP and Deltek Costpoint experience. Our client, a nationally recognized international government contractor near Metro Center, prides itself for its dedicated professionals who excel in their challenging and fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experienced as a Payroll Manager capable of managing payroll for over 3000+ employees in multiple states and countries. Offered on a on a contract-to-hire basis this is a great opportunity to make sure it’s the perfect fit!
Responsibilities:
* Process bi-weekly payroll for 3000+ employees both in the US and internationally
* Review payroll, state unemployment, retirement benefits, state taxes
* Maintain payroll records, 401(K), 941, 1099
* Journal entries
* Assist with the annual audit
* General ledger, variance analysis, account reconciliations
Requirements:
* BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
* Minimum of 5 years payroll experience using ADP and Ceridian, and managerial experience
* ADP and Deltek Costpoint
