Admittedly, I am not a make up expert. I have learned enough over the years to make myself look presentable for date nights and radio promotions. Style is cyclical and cat eyes are once again all the rage. I have turned to YouTube for to help with my technique. I have a long way to go but I think I’m on my way to great cat eyes.
