Olympic swimmer, Michael Phelps was busted for driving under the influence, early this morning, in Baltimore. According to reports, Phelps was going 84 in a 45 miles per hour zone. Last we heard from R&B singing sensation Miguel, he was delivering the legdrop of doom to an unsuspecting fan at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Earlier this morning, he was arrested in Los Angeles for drunk driving. He blew a .11, which is over the .o8 legal limit. He’s scheduled to appear in next month.
