Marketing Coordinator – Clubs and Assoc.

Update Clubs & Associations database with prospect information. Coordinate task for developing and updating promotional materials, database needs, correspondence and special projects. Assist Marketing manager in developing and updating promotional tools for marketing. Answer the Clubs and Association 1-800 line. Answers questions regarding Club and Business Alliance affiliation, renewals, club status, and NRA endorsed insurance.
Work with Marketing Manager to generate articles for quarterly Club Connection as directed. Assist in the layout of the magazine as directed. Prepare mailing list to include State Associations, Committee members and various NRA staff members. Assist Marketing Manager with any efforts related to NRA Club University as directed. This includes promotional materials, Power Point presentation, mailings, preparation for each event and other duties as assigned. Will be in charge of AV equipment set up and running it throughout the conference. Assist Marketing Manager in developing and updating promotional tools to market Clubs and Associations programs to NRA members as directed.
