Field Operations Rep I
The Field Operations Rep I verifies the number of tissues delivered by the medical couriers, and unwraps, batches, labels, spins, and directs samples according to established departmental procedures. The incumbent accurately inputs patient/test data into Quest Diagnostics information system via a CRT. This position performs all procedures associated with the procurement of patient specimens, such as blood, urine and sputum for clinical laboratory analysis. The incumbent actively supports and complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year phlebotomy, to include six months receptionist, experience. Formal education and/or training may be substituted in full or part for practical work experience depending on applicability.
