Beyoncé and her daughter Blue Ivey Carter will star in Disney’s upcoming movie Mufasa: The Lion King. Beyoncé will return to her role as Queen Nala from the 2019 Lion King remake, and Blue Ivy will be the voice Nala’s daughter Kiara. Mufasa: The Lion King is a prequel to the live-action and animated Lion King. It is set to be released on December 20, 2024.

In a recent interview Tiffany Haddish talked candidly about her dating life saying, “I’ve been dating multiple guys. They all know about each other. I haven’t been having sex since October.” When speaking on celibacy, Haddish state, “You know what I noticed. When you don’t [have sex], it’s like men love you even more. They work even harder. Take you on trips. They be in love. They’re like, ‘I’ve never been in a relationship like this. It’s amazing!’ and I’m like ‘We in a relationship? I thought you were just taking me to eat.'” She continued speaking on what can be assumed to be the relationship she had with rapper Common, “The only celebrity I’ve entangled with, it was two years of him chasing me down before I finally was like, ‘Okay, let’s do something. That was top of 2020, but we met at the beginning of 2018, 2017.”

WNBA star Candace Parker announced her retirement after nearly two decades. In her post she said, “I promised I’d never cheat the game & that I’d leave it in a better place than I came into it. The competitor in me always wants 1 more, but it’s time. My HEART & body knew, but I needed to give my mind time to accept it.” Parker is one of the game’s most decorated athletes. Her wins include NCAA titles at Tennessee in 2007 and 2008 before being selected No. 1 in the 2008 WNBA draft. She also won championships with the Los Angeles Sparks, Chicago Sky, and the Aces becoming the first player in league history to secure titles with three different franchises. She was also a two-time league MVP, a 10-time All-WNBA selection, a seven-time WNBA All-Star, a Defensive Player of the Year and a two-time Olympic gold medal winner.

Mike Tyson’s upcoming fight against Jake Paul will be classified as a sanctioned, professional bout by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. The heavyweight fight will include eight two-minute rounds. The fight will impact their professional boxing records. The boxing match is scheduled for July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and will be streamed live on Netflix.
