Robert Sylvester Kelly has been having a very rough year. Not only has he been charged with criminal sexual assault and arrested for back child support all in the wake of the docu-series “Surviving R. Kelly”, he is in financial trouble. According to “The Blast”, Kelly has a negative $13 in his bank account with Wintrust Bank. He has 2 other accounts with Bank of America that total approximately $154,000. However, his landlord seized that money which left him roughly $625. Ouch!
