Ashlyn and her husband Rashid recently welcomed a baby girl. Ashlyn’s mother hasn’t been in her life for the past five years due to her drug addiction. Her mother says she’s been clean for one year and wants to meet her new grandchild but Ashlyn and Rashid are completely against it. Ashlyn doesn’t think her mother is stable enough to be around her child and wants to wait awhile until her mother see’s the baby. What do you think? Are these new parents wrong?
