Lets kick start the weekend with Summer Mini Concert Series ! Tonight we highlight the funk/soul band The Commodores! Did you know the majority of its members met as freshman at Tuskegee University in 1968. The group signed with Motown shortly thereafter. The Commodores won a Grammy Award for the song “Night Shift“. In 2003 they were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame!
